The purpose of selection is to predict the candidate who will be most successful in a role within an organisation. To undertake this successfully, an interviewer needs to consider three critical questions; 1. Can the candidate do the job? To answer these questions, it is important that recruiters have a thorough understanding of the recruitment process and how to increase the hiring accuracy throughout this process. This one-day instructor-led program is designed to assist in-house recruiters to understand ‘Best Practice’ interviewing techniques and how interviewing accuracy can be maximised. |
