This five-day instructor-led course takes on a task-oriented approach to teach students the skills necessary to deploy, configure and administer the Cisco ASA using a fictional company’s deployment of an ASA based on real world scenarios. This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills to configure the ASA 5505 dual-ISP support, ASA 5505 VLANs and the security appliances to pass multicast traffic, as well as Layer 7 class maps and policy maps. This course also teaches students how to use the Graphical User Interface instead of the Command Line Interface for the purpose of explaining and discussing the configuration of the ASA. After completing this course participants can register to sit the (SNAA) 642-515 exam. |
