Fees, Refunds, Course Changes, Cancellations & Transfers

Refund Policy. Alpha Education House & MIS Global Technologies will make a full refund of all fees paid should the course be discontinued. Should the participant desire to take an alternative course, fees will be fully transferable.

Should a participant cancel an enrolment, the following conditions apply:
• Cancellation prior to commencement date: 80% of course fees refunded.
• No refunds or transfers given for cancellations after course commencement, except where extenuating circumstances prevail or after exclusion for unsatisfactory attendance or behaviour.
• All cancellation/refund requests must be made in writing using the Refund Request Form with supporting documentation.
• Normal processing time: up to four weeks. Refunds paid within one (1) week of claim being agreed.

Extenuating circumstances: Should a participant discontinue for legitimate reasons (sickness, exceptional family circumstances), a full refund less 20% will be paid.

General

Where training programs have limited places, these will be filled in order of completed bookings. If Alpha Education House & MIS Global Technologies, or any party delivering training and assessment on its behalf, closes or ceases to deliver any part of the qualification, Alpha Education House & MIS Global Technologies will assist learners in locating another provider or refund the portion of fees for which training and assessment has not been provided. Any changes to services will be advised as soon as practicable via email, website or phone.

Declaration

I acknowledge that I am entering into an agreement with Alpha Education House & MIS Global Technologies. Alpha Education House & MIS Global Technologies agrees to provide the training, assessment and resources necessary for me to achieve this qualification and I acknowledge my role and responsibility in this agreement. I confirm that the information provided by me is true and correct. I have been offered the opportunity for Learning relating to this course and agree to the conditions set out previously. I understand that information may be provided to State and Commonwealth Agencies and I consent to that occurring.
