What you will be able to do

This course supports participants to develop the skills required for a range of business services job roles. Through case studies and project activities, students develop the practical skills they need to commence work in a business environment.

Minimum entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements set by training.gov.au, however MIS Global Tech. requires the following from all applicants.

Fees are paid in two equal instalments. Foundation skills essential to performance are explicit in the performance criteria of each unit of competency. Learners are encouraged to visit www.training.gov.au to find more details.

Delivery arrangements

How the course is delivered

Learners study at their own time and pace via a Learning Management System (LMS), following a delivery schedule provided at the commencement of training, which includes tentative duration for each unit of competency and timeframe to submit the associated assessments.

Online LMS

The course is delivered on a Learning Management System with video conferencing support, telephone, and email. 100% self-paced online delivery.

Onboarding support

After enrolment, learners receive a step-by-step video conferencing guideline to navigate the AEH LMS and understand assessment tasks

Progress monitoring

Trainer/assessor regularly communicates with learners by email, tracks activities completed, and initiates support sessions if needed.

AEH assists all students in their efforts to complete their training program.

First line of support — Your trainer

If you experience any difficulties with your studies, contact your trainer as the first line of support. Your trainer tracks your progress and responds to inquiries regularly via email, keeping records of learner activities when studying online.

Director of Studies

If the matter requires more attention, you will be referred to the Director of Studies to assess the nature of the underlying problem (language, time management, conceptual understanding) and develop an appropriate action plan. This will be documented in the student file with feedback to the trainer, including timelines for actions to be assessed for success or re-evaluation. AEH will make available its full resources to ensure the student achieves the required level of competency.

Personal difficulties

For personal difficulties, the Director of Studies will seek to assist. If the student's needs exceed AEH's support capacity, the student will be referred to an appropriate external agency. There are no fees charged for referral, although fees may apply for the accessed service.

Recognition of Prior Learning

RPL & Credit Transfer

You can apply for recognition of prior learning, academic credit and work experience towards this qualification.

What is RPL?

During the course of your life, you will develop a wide range of skills and knowledge through work, volunteer roles, family commitments and various tasks undertaken in everyday life. You are building up a bank of knowledge. The evidence of these skills and knowledge accumulated can be used to help you gain a qualification.

Work experience

Prior employment and industry experience may count towards your qualification.

Academic credit

Previously completed qualifications or formal study may be recognised via credit transfer.

Return the Student Agreement with the initial payment of fees to confirm your enrolment. Fees are paid in two equal instalments.
